The founders and visionaries behind Camp Ezri, Executive Board Members Damon and Audra Albert have dedicated most of their lives to various community programs across the nation. Their love for God and passion to provide at-risk children with adventure has been the driving force behind Camp Ezri's establishment. The Alberts are outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy sharing their experiences and passion for nature with others in their community. Damon is also a published author with 4 books to his credit as well as various leadership development resources. Damon is also currently co-host of The Call For Truth a weekly Radio Program dedicated to exposing the dangers of cultural Christianity. . Advisory Board Member Jim Liberatore has spent the past 30 years developing, launching and leading several region and national cable networks including Speed Channel, Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel, World Fishing Network and SportsTime Ohio. In these capacities Jim built both the networks original programming, linear business, print brands as well developing several digital properties
including the global subscription video on demand platform, My Outdoor TV. Under his leadership, Jim solidified the various networks’ positions as the
premier destinations for sports and outdoor entertainment, while serving consumers, distributors and advertisers. With more than 30 years of industry expertise, he has a proven track record of building and growing successful network brands. Currently. Jim is in development seeking financing for a script he has written targeting a 2027 release. The Harvest, a pro-Jesus, pro-hunting film that will challenge professing Christians to consider the depth and power of their relationship with Jesus. Jim and his wife Kim also have been active in the pro-life movement, Christianville Haiti and within Christian education system.They live in Castle Rock, Colorado, with their daughter Francesca.

An ordained pastor with incredible administrative gifting, Executive Board Gary Keirsey has over 30 years of experience in retail management and faithfully assisted Damon in nearly two decades of community programs and outreach. He brings strong attention to detail and passion for excellence to the Camp Ezri team. Gary believes that today more than ever, at-risk children need the love of God in their lives.

The definition of a selfless community servant, Executive Board Gary Morton retired as the operations commander from a 35-year career at the Frederick County Sheriff's Office and served his local fire department as a Lieutenant for 10 years. He has continued his passion and heart's desire to serve others by pursuing biblical course work and graduating from Calvary Chapel Bible Institute. He continues to serve his community as a background investigator for local fire & rescue.

Executive Board Member Brandi Barrett is one of the industry's leading real estate agents and investors in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Her level of professionalism and dedication sets her apart from the majority of those in her profession. Brandi believes the Word of God calls and challenges us to meet the needs of children who are at-risk, which is one of the reasons she chooses to foster care. She views this as an opportunity to plant the seed of God’s love in the hearts of children.

Originally from Pennsylvania and a graduate of Penn State, Executive Board Member Jim Boutcher spent over seven years as an officer in the US Air Force. He entered the entertainment and hospitality industries after his service to our country, gaining nearly 35 years of high-level experience in planning, designing, building, and operating restaurants and hotels. Jim recently rediscovered his passion for the outdoors and is excited to be part of Camp Ezri.



Advisory Board Matt Chrzanoski brings a wealth of energy and heart to the Camp Ezri team. Matt not only serves Camp Ezri faithfully but he also lives a life style of service to others as he regularly volunteers as a cook to feed the homeless and leads others through multuiple oppotunities he has working several jobs that deal directly with serving the community. Matt is also a recent graduate of Leadership Washinton County and is a frequent staff member at Camp Ezri events..

Born and raised in Frederick COunty Maryland, Advisory Board Member Erik Williams has a strong desire to serve the county and surrounding communities. He is a real estate agent, using his platform to cultivate meaningful, God-centered friendships in the area. Erik is excited to work with Camp Ezri as a resource to campers and families while partnering with them to reach their full, God-given potential.

Having a capacious heart for her family, Executive Board Member Stacey Morton brings a wealth of experience having worked in both the real estate and medical industries. She has served in local women’s ministry, hospitality, and alongside her husband in youth ministry. Stacey believes in the Camp Ezri vision and has a strong God-given desire to make kids feel safe and loved, and to know they have a future hope in Jesus.
