By clicking YES below, I acknowledge and grant Camp Ezri permission to conduct a full and comprehensive background investigation that may or may not include employment checks, personal reference checks, financial history, criminal history, driving records, medical history or any other checks or investigations Camp Ezri may determine is required to approve my involvement in Camp Ezri activities?

By clicking YES below, I acknowledge that Camp Ezri is a 501C3 Non Profit Orginization and makes every effort to direct donated funds towards actual activities or infrastructure directly related to our ministry to at-risk children.. As a result I am willing to cover the cost of my own background investigation and will submit a check for $100 prior to my application being processed.
